QCan I have a catalogue and a price list?

AWe use our website as a catalogue and items may be downloaded. Since our range is extensive and prices vary continuously we do not have a price list. Prices can be obtained on request for specific items required.

QCan you make up orders to particular specifications?

AWe manufacture felt, straw and leather hats and these can be specially produced. Our soft goods, caps and sun hats etc are imported and can only be made up in minimum quantities with a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks.

QDo you carry stocks?

AWe do carry stocks on most items however all orders are subject to confirmation at time of placement. We may not have specific colours and sizes at all times. Some items can only be bought in prepacked size ranges whilst others can be ordered individually sized.

QWhere are you?

AWe attach directions to our premises on request.

QDo you sell direct to the public?

AAs rule we do not sell individual items. We are not an on line shop per se. However depending on requirements we can oblige or refer you to a stockist in your area. Note items that are sold for personal use are charged extra.

QDo you do embroidery or printing?

AWe do not do embroider or print work ourselves. We do however facilitate this service which we outsource. Alternatively we can refer you directly. Note quotes for embroidery and printing are dependent on quantities ordered, number of colours, size of logo and number of designs. As a general rule we estimate emboidery at between R7.50 and R10.00 excld vat. Printing is estimated at between R6.00 and R8.50 excld vat. Note the price guidelines are subject to confirmation at all times and can vary up or down depending on specifications.

QDo you ship overseas?

AOverseas shipments are dependent on many factors. Shipping costs vary greatly per size of order. Shipping costs can often exceed the cost of items ordered. Since many of our items are not locally produced there may be country of origin issues resulting in duty complications. Our website is designed for information and reference to our products and companies and as such is not an on -line shop. We therefore do not offer supply to private individuals and have no card facilities for payment.
